The Colpermin Diary is for your personal use to help you to easily monitor your condition and identify the things which may bring on or aggravate your Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

You will be able to search your entries by date, by IBS bout days, by food/drink categories or bowel activity helping you to see certain trends or foods which could contribute to your IBS condition.

We have also included a special section on DIET, an anonymous survey which may help you as well as other people recognise some of the foods which can help or hinder IBS.

All other details in the diary will remain strictly confidential.
